I've been using XP with no virus protection only Outpost firewall pro and Hijack This for three years and today it finally died, by a very well made piece of crap called security tool, it blocks all programs from running even task manager.

I've never heard of anything so clever. Run a computer without an Antivirus then expect to be free from spyware/viruses? What about rootkits and trojans? What about the Zeus trojan which was stealing people's bank details?

A decent firewall like outpost stops any unauthorised connection, sometimes it can be annoying to start with. 99% of viruses are probably Mcafee or Norton made anyway.

A firewall does not stop the nasty stuff from being installed.

You should be thrown in jail for 1 week for such a wrong idea. Every time you use your browser you allow the outside world access to your PC. All I have to do is hide malware in the pages you visit and BAM!!!. Wait, isn't this what happened here to you?
