I think the answer to the container question rules that out. I keep thinking of bamboo or raffia cane materials or possibly silk, but it seems not to be a handbag or wallet (containers again). Is it possibly a woven hand-held fan?

How would you make money out of that, I was thinking a cigar, but it would be a big cigar that weighed more than a pound.
