Swordfish steaks. Seared so they are dry on the outside but juicy in the middle.

never tried a scallop had a bad do with some musells a few years back, put me of shellfish, will give them a go.

Sardines.

Plenty of different flavors to choose from.
I like Lemon Pepper the most.

Scallops aren’t fish, they’re mollusks.
I can’t eat them after an episode with them in Egypt.
