I have been advised to eat more fish, I like fish but stick to english traditional types ,any tips on broadening my fishy cusine ?

Swordfish steaks. Seared so they are dry on the outside but juicy in the middle.

never tried a scallop had a bad do with some musells a few years back, put me of shellfish, will give them a go.

Sardines.

Plenty of different flavors to choose from.
I like Lemon Pepper the most.

Digby have the best Scallops in the world and have a taste all their own!

Scallops are different. More 'meaty'. I think you'd like them.
