What makes a good flag?

This guy has given it some thought.
Too much, some would say...

A good flag should burn well.

flags ?...that would require the concept of nationality....political correctness ( a variety of socialist-fascist orwellian thought control ) would like to do away with nationalism...so let us go lower..let us try "tribalism" ( the clan system here at rhp..or any group less than national...such as hutu and tutsi, etc. )...the flag represents not unity but defense...this is my thesis...we raise the flag to defend the little dirt we own..and spill our blood to hold that dirt...to raise a flag for anything but national defense is to raise a white flag no matter what picture you put on it ( and i realize that a clock is ticking on this thought...i tick the clock at 1930...as is my free choice )...
