Local favorite here, refries rolled in a flour tort, then smothered with mean green and topped with cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Some avocado slices are nice too with it.

I actually prefer corn tostadas with refried beans, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, and topped with guacamole and Jalapeno slices.

Let me tell you young whippersnappers, there was a day when the Farrell's ice cream shop in Scottsdale ("the West's most Western town"--it said so right on the street sign) would literally sound the klaxon if'n ya ordered a meal they called the pig trough.
And if ya was man enough to eat it all, they brung you another for free.
