CHICKEN FEET STEW
2 lb. chicken feet
5 potatoes, cut in eighths
4 onions, quartered
1 c. green beans
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
Cut nails and wash feet. Place in stockpot. Cover with water. Add potatoes, onions, carrots, green beans, bay leaf, garlic, salt and pepper to season. Simmer until tender. Remove bay leaf before serving. 6 to 8 servings.

EDIT: Actually, I've never had chicken feet so they could be delicious. But I nearly puked in high school when I went for dim sum with some Chinese friends and they slurped the floppy skin right off the toes. Yeeuugghhhh... 😞

I asked the teacher (I was on a field trip) why and he said it was for Chicken Foot Soup. So I tried some, and it was very good.
