    Yes that species is known as the common rust bucket and can be seen
    frequently in both urban and rural settings.

    They must mate quite frequently as there does seem to be a lot of them.

    Their general health is poor, but in some areas there are conservation
    efforts going on to restore numbers where they are on the decline.

    You'd have to have a pretty big hand/wrist to hold that Falcon. I might go for the two in the bush.
