I am wondering if anybody has traced the manufacturing of NZ flags, and if they are 100% NZ. The thought this question up when pondering the loss of textile mills that have almost all gone overseas.

That reminds me. Back when the twin towers in NY city were attacked on 911. One of the things Americans did to show Unity were to go out and buy flags and wave them like we do here for some reason. Well any way, I went to my local Walmart department store to buy a new one and just happened to look at the label when I was hunting for the price that was being gouged at the time. Low and behold the sticker said MADE IN AFGANISTAN. I hope you can understand my first rejection of an American Flag.

I have never owned a New Zealand flag and I can't see a set of circumstances under which I would. You would do well to remember that no all people are the flag buying type.
