Hi, I am currently involvled in 2 games that are 1 day per move with no time bank. In both of these games my opponents have not moved in 3 days. I sent the automated email reminder to both of them. What further actions should I take before claiming the victory? I have definitely been very patient, but not very persistent with nagging them. I am looking for suggestions, and has an official numbers of hours been determined as more than reasonable amount of time to give an opponent? Thanks
