I also worry about Internet "strangers" who might try to take advantage of our young members. I hope that thye are also being supervised by parents on this point. One would also hope that members of rhp, who, upon seeing any inappropriate language/behaviour aimed at our younger members, would alert the moderators with regards to it.
BTW, I have talked with amny long term members who stated they no longer go to the threads because of the spamming and the unpleasant nature of the "debates". let's hope that everyone will honor Russ' gentle reminder to behave ourselves. 😀
anyone remember tuco? or cum toker? they were the forums old mad days...but these ones are mad too-i mean, there's the initial threads. then there's the threads about these threads. and the threads about these threads, etc. and there's the threads that attempt to struggle through all the other shizzle. then there's the threads that just looks at it all and laughs 🙂

a further bit of fast and effective moderation: the now absent 'cr@ppy' threads with their obvious website spamming. Spotted and removed in under 5 mins I'd say. Spot on.
though now one of them is back with a harmless rejoinder and the spam removed. Splendid
further edit: well, throw 'em a bone: they'll go for your leg. Our origional protagonist just could leave well enough alone, and now thread two has gone the same way as thread one. Odds on thread three's survival?
