i found a hugh cylinder of pressurized methane off the side of the road yesterday. if you lost your methane tank let me know. if it is not collected in three days i think under the laws of urban salvage i can keep it. what should i do with it ? ( i was thinking of filling some balloons with it and setting them into the wind over england...is that a good idea ? )

yes, there is the name "hugh" written on a tag wrapped around the pressure dial ( why, do you think i cannot tupe or spehlll korrectly ? _
