I can agree with that. He was by no means perfect. And he did have some problems but all in all, he wasn't all that bad. He did make a stupid mistake, but he didn't go through with it. And I doubt he would have. He was just angry. We see you get that way all the time. If something ever happened to you. Don't be surprised if I didn't say a word or two in your defense.
