What's your favourite and what time of the day do you eat it? Do you drink coffee with your crepe?

Me: fresh fruit salad, with organic probiotic yoghurt, honey and granola for tea (at 7pmish)

A couple years ago, I made crepes with smoked ham, caramelized onions, fig paste and melted brie. They were small, appetizer things. Not too much of any ingredient.

X-treme!

Crepes with banana and Nutella are also a fav.

edit - These would be for dessert. Coffee or tea would be a plus.

Cheese Blintzes with huckleberry sauce. For breakfast of course.

I'm not sure, my wife made the batter. I can ask if you're interested. I think it's pretty simple. She's got a little crepe-maker that her parents had in the 70's. Still works like a charm.

Doesn't matter what's on it. Buy it in Mont St Michel and you're already on to a winner.

The last time I made crepes must have been twenty years ago or so, and I haven't eaten any for a very long time either, but pancakes (the German variety) are reasonably similar. I love pancakes with spinach, either for lunch (when I am in Germany where lunch is the main meal of the day) or dinner (when I am in Norway).

Mmmh, crepes with nutella and banana... or with ice cream... maybe I should go back to making them.
