I saw a thread for cheese but now I can't find it (egal) so I'll start my own :-)

Ok. I like a very simple/common/plain/domestic Gouda from Holland. Young to Middle-aged. Old Gouda is okay if you can get past the smell of old gym socks...I can't. A good cheddar is always welcome. Grated Parmesan...goes without saying. Mozzerella...the only cheese for pizza/lasagna. Blue Cheeses? Mold is something to be eliminated...not eaten. Hey! I'm American! Until I was 23, I only knew Kraft & Velveeta! Sue me!
