I mentioned I had a comment about a negative aspect of that Cat idea and it's valid but I guess it doesn't matter now. The fact that the concept relies on the GPS system may be destined for failure in a few years, there has to be a back-up system. The predictions are dire for the coming solar cycle peak, which is said to be strong enough to disable GPS receivers which would render the whole system useless because navigation would be totally inaccurate. Oh well.....
