Hi improvisatore,
If you send the list to me at chris@redhotpawn.com, I'll see if I can
stick it somewhere on the site.
Thanks,
Chris
Hi Chris:
First: I would like to say that i really enjoy playing here, and, to tell
the truth, it has become kind of like my homepage; i start my
computer, and i always have a my little window open to here. I have
played in a few Chess Sites, but i do like this place much more...and i
like the download part very much.
Second: I am currently saving to buy myself a new multi processor
computer, and i am wanting to buy the fritz family which will set me
back a tidy little sum, and the chessbase also. It has deep junior,
deep fritz, fritz, junior, nimzowitz, and countless other engines. I
currently have the " Chessmaster 8000" programme, and i have tried
to add " the king engine" to the programme i downloaded here, but
with no joy. I know a little html, but i am lost in all other aspects of
programming. Any help here would be appreciated!!
Third: regarding the Gambit list, well, what way should i send it?? I
have it saved in "word". Would you like me to cut and paste it into an
e-mail?? What way would you like me to send it to you??
Fourth: I would like to ask if you would maybe consider putting " Rank
And File on the game boards; if that were possible, it would make it
easier for people to understand the Gambit List, and if you did per
chance find a space for this, maybe you could consider putting a
algebraic notation explanation part to it also. In the future, if i were to
write out other Variations such as the full " Sicilian...Caro
Kahn...whatever" do you think that maybe you could set them aside
with the Gambit List also...kind of like a database for your players to
look at, and maybe study; i don't know of any site that goes to that
extreme without having to pay to educate their members.
Fifth and last: I am sorry for asking for so many things, but, i do like
this site, and i really enjoy playing here, and being a part of what you
have created. Thank you for giving us all the chance to participate in
the great game of "Chess!!"
Slan...(bye)

On a side note, what I find impressive is that improvisatore is still on the site, subscribed and active! That is over 4 YEARS! Definitely shows that Russ and Chrismo know how to keep their customers happy in the long run.
Keep on truckin RHP!

Edit: just noticed he has the life-time wingless star. Well at least he is still active, despite never having to subscribe again.
