To my knowledge I have never timed out a vacation sign. But maybe those players I timed out were actually vacation signs? How do you know whether someone is a vacation sign?

You can tell if a player has turned into a Vacation sign, because he or she flys the flag at all times, ie Mr Bowmann has turned into a yellow flag 🙂
