-Removed-None of it was fiction, but I just don't see why you have a problem with it.
But I was talking about the fiction YOU create about people here you don't like.
I guess when you're an upper middle income British kid, with your whole life laid out for you, it can get a little boring. You don't have to despise people who aren't as boring as you. What is the single biggest non-boring thing in your life, in your opinion? I'd really like to hear this. Was it your family driving an hour in the car once when you were 12 to buy a record-setting watermelon from a local market and then going to a local park and eating the whole thing? Was it as "exciting" as that?
Don't be a hater, dude.
@suzianne saidYou were abducted and held prisoner as a sex slave for two years?!

That’s awful.
Major kudos for overcoming that.

@pb1022 saidApparently, others here like to talk about it way more than I do.

When I do talk about it, it's about the overcoming, the moving on through adversity to make something of your life. I notice he doesn't talk about that.
The rest of what he said is basically true, too. Of course he doesn't mention that I overcame, again, and now I have a Kawasaki Ninja 400 that I love to ride when the weather is good.

@contenchess saidI thought you threw a fit, cried and stormed off the site?

@pb1022 saidI think it is amazing she was able to over come that situation it would have drove some crazy.

I quit alcohol which I think is a big thing, but nothing to what she had to over come.
At first I wasn't sure about it, then people started doubting me about the the Alcoholism and I thought to myself what if she really is telling the truth, which I now believe she was. The Martial arts so no one could ever handle her again it all makes sense to me now.
I say Kudo's to suzianne also!

@very-rusty saidI got picked on and physically abused as a kid so I took up lifting weights and as a 17-year-old in the 220 pound class reached the elite category in squats and deadlifts and the advanced category in the bench press.

Eleven years later, I reached a goal of mine of pause bench pressing 405 pounds (though I weighed around 350 at the time.)
Sometimes our achievements are born from adversity and/or necessity.
@pb1022 saidVery Impressive! Sounds like you've had a rough journey.
