Yea, its hard work. I personally got hypnotised 16 months ago and Ive never looked back.....apart from the odd spliff now and again! Its not cheap though, cost me £200 and when I left the place I had the feeling that I'd just been robbed/ Thankfully the next day and ever since then Ive not touched a cig!

Good Luck

Why quit?

It's easier if it's for the right reason, don't you think?

Can't quit myself for I haven't found the right reason, though. 😕

It IS hard work and I've tried numerous times. Can you elabarate on your hypnosis experience? My biggest problem has always been the physical withdrawal symptoms

I'm sure you would end up saving money quite quickly they are quite expensive. Well your heath as well.

To anyone trying to give up just try and make sure there are none around so it will be harder to give in. Also try telling people (real people offline) for support and also it might be harder to start if you feel you will let them down. Try and keep busy, not sure what else to suggest.

Best of luck.
