The city chess club years ago was held in a bar and grill downtown. There was a waitress with the name of Arthel. Just one letter different than the (unusual) spelling of my name. Arthel being the feminine form of Arthur. Her friends called her Artie as do mine. The kicker is, we had the same last name. She was a young college aged adult and an African American. We laughed about being twins. 🙂
