I read a terrific article on the net today:
"Why smart people defend bad ideas"
I know this site is full of smart people, many with careers in software or engineering (we're all arrogant bastards). I can see my own behavior and that of my peers within the article.
It's a quick read - hope some of you find it illuminating.

No1Marauder is usually right though.
The article doesn't reflect on the CC. As it clearly mentions in paragraph 9, lines 4 - 7.
"If the group, as a collective, is only capable of approving B level work, it doesn’t matter how many A level ideas you bring to it. Focus groups or other outside sources of information can not give a team, or its leaders, a soul."
tumdidum... CC... yes shavi, I did my homework 😉
You can't imagine how hard I'm laughing.

Originally posted by angie88No the clan system is the b level group, we're the a idea people. Don't you read the clan threads?
As we were talking about the CC, it's quite obvious that this is the B-level group in question 😉
It even mentions your leader, will ya look at that!
😉
You actually looked that up?
