I bought Green Days DVD Bullet in a Bible a couple a weeks ago but my little sister broked it.... so yester day I bought it again!
Green Day is simply the best!
Any one here who also thinks that? If you don´t think that don´t yell at us with good music taste!

Write wich song you like most with them (or send it to me) and we will see what we at RHP thinks...

I Myself thinks that "LetterBomb" and "Holiday" is Greendays best songs.
(Even If "Minority" is great!)

Are you kidding? Green Day's older stuff is way better than the newer stuff. 'Dookie' is still one of the best CD's to date.

I think all of thier cds are great but my favorite is the newest (not american idiot even thought its REALLY good) called "Bullet In A Bible"
It has a live DVD that is just AWSOME!
SOng include Minority, Basket Cage, American Idiot, St Jimmy, Brain Stew, Jesus Of Suburbia and alot more!

that blah jesus blah blah whatever song got overblasted here in nz. i don't think it's worth as much as it should be anymore. it's like a bit of a scitzo song where it changes from this to that. i wish more music was like that. my personal favourite would be a mix of classical/heavy metal... i think they combine well.

I think so.
They are peace lovers or something anyway. They show that by having famous war symbols at their concerts to make fun out of them.
At Bullet in a Bible they got Hitlers red flags but with their own symbols in stead of the Cross.

Green Day is very popular around here. Unfortunately, the businesses in town are slow, so you can't get Bullet in a Bible here. I have a few mixed CD's from a friend that have songs from Dookie, Kerplunk, Nimrod, and of course American Idiot. I'ld say my favourites are Holiday, Jesus of Suburbia, and Letterbomb.

When Green Day first appeared I felt that were ripping off The Clash. Still do.

They can craft a good pop rock melody but I hear nothing significant. Nor do I hear how music is changed becuse they are around....that is the qualification of a "great band."

Greenday is great for going jogging and stuff like that, but nothing more in my opinion. As long as you don't call their music "punk", it's fine with me... as far as I can tell, they have moved further away from punk with every cd they made. I'm not sue whether I like the old sound or the new sound better, but some of my favorites (or more to the point, the ones I can bear to listen to) include: American Idiot, Jesus of Suburbia, Holiday, Boulevard of broken dreams, ood Riddance (Time of your life), Fashion Victim and Macy's Day Parade. Actually, those are the only songs by them I like from what, ummm 5 cds? Oh well...
