The first line must be five syllables, the second line must be seven syllables and the last line must be five syllables.

Actually, there are differing opinions on that. Frankly, I can't lay them out right now, as I've only just started studying the form. But it's clear that many of the poets considered masters bent, or even dismissed that rule.

it would be spelled incorrectly if it was meant to say delicious in japanese. But seeing as it's not, and is a proper name, I suggest you do a little more research.
