2 lbs ground beef
4 qts beef stock
2 cups cooked brown rice
4oz corn
1 chopped celery heart
1/2 small onion
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp basil
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
8oz spicy V8

brown ground beef add all ingredients in large stock pot, let simmer for 1 hour

Hearty soup! Top with shredded lettuce, chopped onion, tomato, green and red bell pepper, grated cheddar, AND ketchup + mustard. Mighty hamburger in a soup! 🙂
