Menudo. The only cure for a hangover. Unless of course you want to get drunk again then by all means down a couple of shots of whiskey instead.

Slim is right, menudo is the only thing. Only Mexicans know how to
cure hangovers... thats why Cancun is full all year long.

🙂

Tacos work well, also, as long as the salsa is made of chile piquin.

This isn't really a cure for a hangover, but it is a tried and true method for avoiding having one; drink two pints of water before you go to sleep. It ain't easy to do when you are all drunk, but it really works. Some people say two pints of water and an aspirin before you go to sleep. I have not found the aspirin to make any difference, but a hangover is mainly caused by the alcohol burning off water causing dehydration.

If you have forgotten to drink your 2 pints, I always find some good greasy food to help. Greasy eggs and bacon seem to help, or if you sleep late a good cheeseburger.

And of course, lots of water.

Not drinking alcohol the day before you would get your hangover works every time.
