Yes, that's better. Although in the old days it was only ever a very minor issue. It is a shame recs went from being a bit of fun to the centre of some huge, artifically managed controversy (this was a recent development, of course). I doubt much, if anything, will change in terms of the tone of the board. Perhaps some posters (some good, some bad) who were motivated by recs will post less.

Yup, you just finish your clan game as normal... you will find you are still on a clan list for that match even if you are not in the clan.

I see absolutely no reason why it should.
Of course, there are some non respectful posts in the forum, but that's just how life goes. Everywhere we go, for example, even at work, we continually find people that are not the most sociable. It's just about learning to not get upset by it.
And, as long as I understand, the recommend post system is still working. So I don't see any big change.
