Thanks all. Birthday plans involved reading that Kerry conceded, drinking most of a bottle of vodka, getting kicked out of the student union bar for yelling expletives at the TV during election coverage, getting chucked into bed at 3 by some fellow revelers, and waking up feeling fine in time for a 9 o'clock lecture 😲.

Well, that and he tends to think clearly about issues such as: whether it a good idea to elect an incoherent warmongering corporate whore to the Presidency. That is why he wouldn't have voted for either Bush or Kerry. 😀

Thank for the vote of confidence, Bennett. Had I been able to vote, I would not have voted, or researched third parties. However, had Maine been a close race, I would have either not voted or voted for Kerry, depending on the impression I got from media coverage about how close it was.
