@russ saidYes, we are holding a tournament in his honour.....I've played 240 games against him I don't know how he holds the rating he does. Right now he has 919 games on the go or I should say last look it could be more or less right now. I am sure there will be more tournaments for his 2 million moves!
19 today, and by coincidence, @ZorroTheFox hit 2 million moves today too

Must be nice to have so much time on his hands! How in the hell could you keep up with hundreds of games ANYWHERE? Much less close to a THOUSAND? Would he even get to sleep? So a 3 day time control, say 300 moves a day?

His moves this month alone are 13,475 and counting, we still have about a week left so when this short month even though a leap year is up, it will give you an idea of the amount of moves he makes per day on average.
As you can see by his stats he keeps around a 1500 rating and his tournament entry rating is 1653 so he also plays some above average to strong players while making all these moves. He is a beast to keep up that pace. I once had 600 games going at once and never again will I do that it was just crazy. I have no idea how he manages to do it. Plus he still has time to chat a bit. One of a kind for sure!!!
He is talking about cutting back some in his games, what this means I am not sure but providing he does, it is going to be scarey playing him as he will have lots more thinking time for each move. I believe his games so far are just as fast as blitz games, which is of course my opinion, but the stats speak for themselves.
