I watched a Ted talk with Kelly McGonigal (she wrote the upside of stress) and it's really made me change the way I think about stress. This is her message, “Stress isn't always harmful,” “Once you appreciate that going through stress makes you better at it, it can be easier to face each new challenge.”

Yeah, I agree with you. I did think this before the Ted talk, but the talk gave me a new perspective on how considering the stress impacts on my health going forward.
