This is her message, “Stress isn't always harmful,” “Once you appreciate that going through stress makes you better at it, it can be easier to face each new challenge.”

Yeah, I agree with you. I did think this before the Ted talk, but the talk gave me a new perspective on how considering the stress impacts on my health going forward.
