My son is now playing on this site as jake exkorn. He's 6 years old and still learning. if anyone has children who want to play him, challeng away. Or anybody else who's interested to see how he plays, you're invited as well. I don't know how often he'll play, this is all a bit experimental. I won't coach him on his moves, but I might point out to him if he's making a huge bluder (like hanging his queen) otherwise it will be all his moves. He continues to suprise me with how good he is, so stay on your toes.
Thanks all,
Franklin

A question out of curiosity: how can Jake have a 'classical' pawnstar without wings, having joined the site on january 26, 2003?
Gil.
Good idea. Great idea in fact, but only in theory 🙁
How would it be enforced, I mean, to stop rather unscrupulous adults from targetting the children? Creating a "list" of players under the age of 10 or a place for youngsters to go might well attract exactly the *wrong* sort of person.

When you say "wrong sort of person" do you mean a stalker or someone who might go there to find an easy win? Still pondering this and how it could work and be an asset for the kids. Anyone have any ideas? Kirk
They would have to put an age lock or something tha you have to fill out in your profile...which still wouldn't work cause then if someone wants to mess with kids he/she would just lie about their age.
It is a good idea though because if the things that tuco wrote to me had been written to Doug's daughter it would have been a pretty traumatizing experience for her I am sure and might have ruined any other nice web experiences she might have.
There are some really sick people out there (we just had another guy right here in my neighborhood who was climbing into the windows of two young girls last night...and he is still on the loose) and I think we need to maybe look into protecting at least the ones here from any crap like what could happen.
Just my $0.02
