Kiss the one you like in front of your 'friend' and see what happens...

I'm just waiting for that key bit of information that has, so far, not come out. This strikes me as being waaaay too clingy to be happening ' as stated'. I had friends of both genders when I was in high school, and if one of my friends that was a girl started dating one of my friends that was a guy, that was just fine by me. However, if one one of them wanted to start dating MY guy, well, that's a whole 'nuther thing. Now we have a problem.🙂

Well you are sorta on the money here.

I am not sure if the girls that is "blocking" likes me, or is jelous, or is territorial or something. She isn't even allowed to have a bf till after high school.
But the girl I like is allowed.
So basically, the question is, how do I make a jealous/fascist friend of a girl that I like compromise?

Isn't that an oxymoron?

Nope. Jealous and fascist aren't contradictory terms.
One is an emotion, the other is a way of thinking.
Basically what I'm saying is that she is jealous and wants to control by blackmail

I meant 'fascist friend'.

Of course, technically there might some sort of Stockholm Syndrome, but that's not a reason for not releasing her.

[insert bad Sting song here]

Hi guys,

I just need advice.
There's this girl I'm friends with right, and she and myself enjoy each others company very much.
The only thing that is stopping us from going out is her friend. I am friends with her friend (not as well as this girl i like though),
And she basically said that I met her first, so that basically means I cannot go out wi ...[text shortened]... d a few months later I met the girl that I like, and they just happen to be friends.

Jim.
Like OMG Dude! What a conundrum.

Seriously, pretend you're no longer in high school and tag team both girls. Under no circumstances should you even consider having a serious relationship with anything other than your right hand before you're 25 at a minimum.

Haha I know, its a real mind-boggler,
I'm not considering having a serious relationship, I just want to spend some time and maybe evolve my "friendship" with this girl I like.

I'm more concerned about finding a solution, rather than ditching and thinking about the other fish I could catch and turn into a cassrole. haha.

That would certainly simplify things. If the girl's parents won't allow her to date until after she graduates from high school, run. Run far, run fast. 🙂 Her parents have already got her head so screwed up she will never be able to carry on a normal, meaningful relationship. 'Can't date until you graduate high school' is just another way of saying ' Can never date for as long as the law allows us to prevent it.' Who knows what kind of weird stuff she has rattling around in that twisted little head of hers.🙂

I was being sarcastic, I'm not that blunt, just making the mood flow. Did you not notice it?

Its not that big of a deal, its just that I don't know what decision would need to be made.

And FYI I'm 17 years.
