Hi guys,
I just need advice.
There's this girl I'm friends with right, and she and myself enjoy each others company very much.
The only thing that is stopping us from going out is her friend. I am friends with her friend (not as well as this girl i like though),
And she basically said that I met her first, so that basically means I cannot go out with the girl I like.
Now the girl i met first said that IF I went out with the girl I like, she would tear apart their whole friendship group. And so, the girl I like is now too scared.
I need some advice, should I just ask her if she likes me and go in for the kill the next time we meet, or should I just move on and sail the stormy seas?
Any serious answers will be appreciated, I'm a Dude in Distress
But the thing is, she isn't my girlfriend, shes just a girl that I met,
and a few months later I met the girl that I like, and they just happen to be friends.
Jim.

You're asking for dating advice on a chess site?
It sounds as if you are trying to figure out a way to dump your girlfriend so that you can start dating a friend of hers. If that is, in fact, what you are asking about, there isn't any way to make that work and have each of the three of you still be friends with the other two. That just isn't going to happen.

Get the girl that is friends with the girl that you like to give you the elbow.
Then move in on the girl that you like. π

edit; you didnt say that the girl that is the friend of the girl that you like was not your girlfriend.π

There is no reason not to be going out with whom you like. If they don't like that then they are not the ones to be going out with, eh? You move on to undoubtably better fish, so to speak.

Any other suggestions? I'm so confused at the moment, I've tried googling it, and nothing comes up, I can only rely on chess dudes and dudettes now.
