Could you please advise the procedure for making a complaint regarding unpleasant messages received via the "message your opponent" facility during a game.

Martin,

If you send a message to Russ or Chris, they will help you with this. You might want to send them a copy of the dialog and who it is. I'll also try to alert them when I can.
