I reckon only 2% subscribe.

I know a bloke who bought a field in Henley near the river Thames from a farmer. The field was protected legally from builders building on it. The farmer couldn't beleive his luck when someone offered him £250K for this field. Then during theHenley regatta the new owner turned the field into a car park 150 x 80 cars paying £15 per day to park in the field. The regatta only lasts five days, but the bloke who bought the field 10 years ago has never regretted the decision.
