When I was a kid, I would always stare amazed into high buildings and then I would count the stories. Here is one building planned that will be difficult to see in a whole because of clouds 😛

1.5 miles high, I will buy appartment somwhere near the top !

That site is incorrect. The actual height at the moment is 688 metres and predicted to be 818 metres when complete:

It seems the site you have quoted has confused metres with feet.
