Better if the goat is from the Sinai, but it can be Texan as well.

Greek goats are used to being "rocked" and their cheese is sooooo good in salads, perhaps Greece would be a good choice although not sure what the weather's like then (I was there{Corfu} in July a looooong time ago 1966)?
