Holiday Weight Gaining

Yes, people keep grumbling about how much they ate and how much weight they gained. Lets have a competition.

I don't really celebrate the holiday besides the days off from Univ. of course but hey lets have some fun.

You have to weight yourself at the same time of day though, morning or before going to sleep. No cheating with supplements, creatine etc...

I started Dec 1, Workout everyday, write down my calories, how much water I drank, and weigh myself in the morning and before I go to sleep.

So far I'm up 2 pounds in 4 days about. Yes, the first few pounds are easy to gain, but after that I can't break this magical number. Maybe some competition will help.

So what do you say? Come on and lets have fun, just like biggest loser (tv show) but the other way around!

55 kg = 137 pounds about.

Perfect! Lets have a competition. I'm in a similar boat!

Sure there's a bonus prize. But how do you know that I gave it to you?

If the prize is _____ and you die, I could say I gave you the prize already. What you gonna do about it? πŸ˜›

Everybody keeps talking about diets, this and that. On TV, papers, everywhere.

I'm talking about going the other way. How often do you hear about that?

Anywho, how many days after weigh in is your match? Do you gain all those pounds back before the match. I know you do πŸ™‚

With some boxers, it's so funny. They both struggle to make weight an as soon as it's over, it's like an eating contest to see who can get the fatest right before the match. Not fatest but you get the point.

Why did you not keep in better shape?

I would enter this but I've started doing weights over two months ago, and a new creatine cycle starts next week - so I'd be cheating!

I've gone from 133lb to 147lb in two months, ah yeah...

O.K. Samrt-arse. You would have to marry my wife, which would be written in the rules. God rest your soul.

But if you are gone, how would you know I actually did this?

7 a month almost. Sound reasonable since they say 1-2 pounds a week.

Well lets just see for fun.

From now until end of Dec, lets see how much you get.

weigh in at 8 am wrestle at 10 am...i actually slowly eat...typically i am a higher seed so i can afford to have little enrgy the first match. Then i eat a lot. My stomach cant hold that much after cutting 7 lbs. But by the last match of the day im 5lbs heavier!

Hard work dude.

And in the morning when you wake up, you pee it all away πŸ˜›

Are you telling me that at the end of the day you are +5 and the next day at 8 am you are what?

You must lose 3-4 overnight.
