Funny. When I was in my late teens and early twenties I went to the gym and trained hard to put on weight. I was glad to reach 78-80 kg, Now, in mid thirties I train (or would train if I had more time) to loose weight and would be happy to go down, back to 80 kg from the current 88 kg.

The easiest way to gain weight is stuff yourself silly 10 times a day for 2 months and DO NOT poo, it you go, you've cheated. A weight gain of about 90 kilos is quite achievable. 😏

Okay week 1 is over for me. I weighted morning and night.

Maximum ->

Morning gain for 1 week, 1 pound. Night gain for 1 week, 2 pounds.

Take the average 1.5 pound for 1 week.

Then Wed, I got sick - something at work, so I lost it all.

so 1 week = 0 net gain.

I've spent the last few days eating Chips Ahoy, 2 bags of Cheese Doodles, a 15 pack of Slim Jims, mini Baby Ruths, pecan pie, pumpkin pie, among other pieces of candy, etc. Amidst all that, I have eaten regular food that one would have for breakfast, lunch, dinner, so on and so forth.

I haven't gained a pound.😠

Yes, people keep grumbling about how much they ate and how much weight they gained. Lets have a competition.

I don't really celebrate the holiday besides the days off from Univ. of course but hey lets have some fun.

You have to weight yourself at the same time of day though, morning or before going to sleep. No cheating with supplements, creatine etc... ...[text shortened]... u say? Come on and lets have fun, just like biggest loser (tv show) but the other way around!

This would be easy, are you talking about lean body mass rather than fat??

And yes, muscle is heavier than fat but fat is easier to put on.

just eat in excess of 20000 calories per day and do no exercise!!

and a BIG bowl of pasta at night, best time for itπŸ˜•

The day I got married in 1979 my weight was about 147 lbs. Now I can't stay below 220. Cant blame Santa for that one.
