soon i'll be on holidays for a week. i should not incur in any time out. 3 days plus 7 makes 10.

but never the less i would like to inform my opponents.
is there any way i can inform them all in one go at the same time?
or does it have to be 1 by 1?

When you turn on your vacation flag, there is a bit of text you can put in there for a message. Obviously individual messages (in-game or by PM) are more individual: depends on how many games you (and they) are playing.
