Yours does? We're to believe the guy who can't even spell nature and exist?
I don't think it does defy the laws of nature. If a species of animals becomes over populated and that population's resources become taxed it makes sense for the species to cut back on births. One way to do this naturally is for the same sex to become interested in each other.
But what do you care, you've got your mind made up.
