That's really funny...I don't like Celine Dion at all, but I do have some respect for Phil Collins because he did some good songs with Genesis, but lost all of his hair in the process...oh well...

My experiences are limited, but our local hospital has their caffeteria open to the public and many people come there to have up to all three meals. It the same fare as patients general diet, staff, and public, and also economical. Only shortcoming. The are light on the seasoning, so you might want to carry a few spices in your pocket.
