Hey all:
I am hoping someone can help me. I am trying to find decently priced hosting that is run by human beings. 😀 I would also be appreciative of any suggestions that include a setup wherein one could start hosting onesself. Anyone?

It makes a huge difference to the service you get.
Our previous hosts, cheap and cheerful, but really not up to scratch. Dedicated hosting was not their main business.
Our current hosts, a company that only deals with dedicated hosting, cost a small fortune each month, but the service is excellent. And when things go wrong - they are there to help out.
