Okay, look at it this way. Your car breaks down. You really enjoy driving it. Your mechanic works really hard to make it go again and when he's done the car runs much faster and better and is more reliable than it did before. Would I thank my mechanic? Are you serious? Of course I would!

Ok, and I'm adding one edit: for those who complain about a loss of ...[text shortened]... back two days of payments off what you paid for the car? Nooooooooo . . .

THANKS RUSS!!!!
Yes my dealership compensates me.

They give me a rental car.

Think about it.

After all, the site is faster, more reliable, yet you are still paying the same amount!

OR

Was the site overcharging you for a site that was slow and unreliable, and now that it is fixed, the site is finally reflecting a fair value for what you paid?

Maybe we should just up the subscription for the people who are complaining. Seems like an equitable way to take care of the whole "value" dilemma.

Russ & crew, thanks for getting things back up and running smooth. I know you guys busted your collective humps to fix things as quickly as possible and I do appreciate it.

Since the site is faster now, the time we save not waiting for things to load should more than make up for the downtime, ya think? Or would you rather still be sitting and looking at the frozen screen for minutes after clicking on a new game?

Well...I sure could use some help out around the house.

Maybe he can watch my child while the wife and I go do the dinner and movie thing.

Better yet, nevermind...I don't want my baby dropped.

Ha!

I just wanted to thank you guys for all your hard work (though this thread has digressed a bit from the original subject).
