Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files
Tick the "Delete All Offline Content" box and hit OK

I use firefox most of the time but I'm clearing it do so something else so I'm on IE right now.

Even though you use firefox like I do. While you are at it, you should upgrade your IE browser to version 7.0 beta 2 if you haven't already. It is more like opera and firefox with multi tabs. Much nicer for IE and a clean layout, but still not as good as firefox.
