Then you need to find somewhere online to host the picture. I use www.photobucket.com
Once you've got the picture uploaded, go to 'My Settings' and click on ' My Forum Settings'. Enter the URL of the picture you uploaded into the box marked 'Avatar URL' and click on 'update'.
Congratulations, you now have an avatar 🙂
Same goes for profile pictures, although the size is different and it's under 'Profile Settings'.
