Very nice graphical representation of all that's in the universe [at least what we know of]. There must have been an intelligent designer.
My opinion - the universe is teeming with life.

Cool. I have one question. What was the average height used to determine the total height of mankind?
I agree with your opinion.
6B people x an avg height of 3feet gives 18 B feet or 3.5 Million miles.
Not sure if that matches with the surroundings shown.

By the way, that video is not the original awesome one as perceived. The original one was in French, and is much better in illustrating the little blue dot that we consider a huge environment. As for majestic 'design'? Forget that. It's organised chaos, and simply there because it is.
Why does human fear always have to create a God-like figure to cope with the human's own incomplete satiability of needing to be 100% correct, and with reason? We are human, and not 100% complete. Never will we be. If we can't accept working upon our own wrongs then there is little chance of general accordance, and certainly no chance of it being given on a plate to us by praying to an outdated fictional book and image, called a bible and a God!
The world does never change because of one death or a thousand deaths or a million deaths. After WWII, yes World War, did the world and contained ethics change? Not one iota! It picked up where it left off, cleared up the mess, and continued as normal, and that was only in Europe..... where the real considered mess was. Pol-Pot followed, as did Idi Amin and a thousand others including, of course, Osama.
Just accept it..... There is no such thing more boring that man invented as the concept of a God.
