There are a couple of people in this thread who seem to be struggling with understanding averages; Eladar was the other one I noticed. We all like to think we are outliers I suppose.

I have thought about and if I do not drink too much before going to sleep, I can go 8 to 10 hours before having to get out of bed.

Most nights, about 4 hours.
