I see by your rating you must have mastered the "sticky pawn"
technique. There is substantial wisdom in the Book of Five Rings.
Particularly in the meditations on victory...Perfect victories are those
wherein the enemy is defeated without loss of life, through their
recognition of your positional or numerical advantage, etc. I find this
very elegant. It's too bad that most people who read the book today
(at least in the states) are businessmen looking for strategic pointers,
they miss the spiritual allegories in the work. What they are left with
is an eastern Machiavelli, which is to say they are left with nothing of
importance or quality.
