@a-unique-nickname saidYes, but each of us can now engage in our own "expansion" of it in our own minds, as is often the effect resulting from short replies. One doesn't necessarily need to climb inside divegeester's mind.
Your short reply needs expansion.
@fmf saida personal outlook/observation
How much control do you have over your happiness?
a strict definition of "happiness" is a good thingie
if i am uncomfortable from the constipation generated by consuming too much cheese, i can still be "happy" simply because of the taste and texture of the cheese masticated
if i break my foot in a motorcycle incident, and the pain is a 9.3 on a scale of 10, i can still be "happy" from the memories of the time just before the incident, wind in my helmeted hair, insects and road gravel pelting my visored face, the hummm of the power between my legs
if i bet all the money i do not have on a game of spectacle, and lose, even knowing that the vig must be repaid to men who like the sound of breaking bones and squeals of anguish, i can still be "happy" knowing that the ensuing game of spectacle of the cat and mouse chase covering thousands of kilometers across state lines and thru the murky alleys of democrat ruined cities
the sewer chase scenes are the bomb
i said all that nonsense to say this, and i could easily have said more,
"happiness" is merely a state of mind created by the mind to suit the owner of the mind
i have 100% control over my own happiness
