Practically every day I exercise for 1-2 hrs, I always avoid alcohol and cook myself healthy meals. I’m very careful with money and enjoy the simple things in life, which are free. That the way I cope best with the inevitable, dreadful things that life throws our way. I can feel miserable but quickly bounce back πΎ

Evidence shows that helping others can also benefit our own mental health and wellbeing. For example, it can reduce stress as well as improve mood, self-esteem and happiness. There are so many ways to help others as part of our everyday lives. Good deeds needn't take much time or cost any money.
